Lucifer and Mammon

Lucifer and Mammon are the two oldest of the demon brothers. Mammon seems to fear Lucifer's power, often trying to hide from him when he did something he knows that would upset Lucifer, but he tries to deny it whenever someone comments on it. Lucifer tends to question Mammon about the latest trouble he's gotten himself into and Mammon always tries to cover them up with lies - without success, as he ends up getting a punishment from Lucifer anyway. Mammon mentioned in many stories that Lucifer usually punishes him with skipping dinner or hanging him upside down.


Mammon respects and admires Lucifer deeply. Back in the Celestial Realm, it was Lucifer who was able to get through to Mammon, who in turn followed Lucifer around and listened to his every word.
