Sicard Spence

Sicard Spence is a non-player character in Final Fantasy XIV. He is the acting captain of the Bloody Executioners, one of Limsa Lominsa's three great pirate powers, succeeding Hyllfyr Faezmoensyn.
Sicard vehemently opposed Merlwyb Bloefhiswyn's efforts to end the nation's conflict with the kobolds and Sahagin. When G'raha Tia was attempting to gain information from a Suspicious Merchant and spoke with Alphinaud Leveilleur and the Warrior of Light who convinced him to meet with the Admiral of Limsa Lominsa. Later, Sicard spoke with the Admiral who demanded he stop pillaging the Beast Tribes but Sicard refused claiming that theirs was a nation of pirates. She told him piracy was no more, but Sicard posited that piracy was all he and his crew knew. He challenged the Admiral to a duel, lost, and conceded defeat after being reprimanded by his Captain Hyllfyr Faezmoensyn.
