Murasaki Shikibu

Murasaki Shikibu was a Japanese novelist, poet and lady-in-waiting at the Imperial court during the Heian period. She is best known as the author of The Tale of Genji, written in Japanese between about 1000 and 1012. A writer and poet in the Heian Period. The exact circumstances of her life is unknown. She has written works such as “The Tale of Genji”, “Lady Murasaki Collection” and “The Diary of Lady Murasaki”.

She is summoned as a caster and rider in the events of Fate/Grand Order.
